• Include detailed instructions of what you want retouched/restored on your image, any questions on what is possible, requirements on time of job completion, etc.

• Please include all pertinent contact information (first and last name, contact phone number, alternate e-mail (if needed), mailing address (if I will be shipping back to youl)), for your account set up.

• I will provide a link to my file uploading page, along with instructions and a password to this simple file uploader. Please be sure to virus-scan all files before uploading your images. A moderate quality JPG may be sent for estimating purposes but eventually I will need a high resolution (300-600dpi) JPG or TIF file to do the actual retouching work.

• Single Images that are larger than 10MB or a group of images that are larger than 20MB will need to be submitted on CD or DVD. Contact me for a mailing address.

• If estimated at significantly more than two hours, the deposit price will be adjusted after seeing the image, determining the extent of retouching required, and informing the client.
