Will there be a shipping charge on my order?
Web downloads and e-mails are free, shipping charges for prints, CD/DVD's will be dependent on your location and the shipping method you choose.

How do we pay for your services?
My services may be paid by PayPal or personal check. One payment has cleared, images will be released for digital delivery or printing.

When will my retouching order be finished?
Typically in 5 to 8 days, I will give you a better estimate when I send you the quote.

May we send you the original photo?
Please send the original photo for scanning. There may be a small fee for return shipping of your original photo. All photos will be returned in the same condition as they are received. If possible, I will use the same packaging to return your original to you.

What is the best way to package the photos I send to you?
Place the photo(s) between two pieces of cardboard that are larger than the photos and tape on all four sides. Ship in a box available either from the Post Office (Priority Mail) or purchased at an office supply store.

At what resolution do I scan my photos?
A minimum of 300 dpi, 600 dpi is preferred. You may scan your photo or take it to a professional scanning service. Please do not apply any automatic image correction, sharpening or compression, just the raw photo.

If I send a CD or upload a file to you, what format would I use?
I will work with almost any format you choose, but I have the best results with high-resolution JPG or TIF file formats.

Can you add text to my photo?
Yes, I can add text, backgrounds etc.

What formats are available for my finished photos?
You will receive a link to download a digital file as well as the opportunity to order prints from my printing service. You may also request completed files on a CD for the cost of shipping plus $2.00. Liz the Photo Wiz retains copyright to all retouching done on the images, the photographer retains copyright on the actual photographs.
